Privacy Policy

1. Who processes your data
The data controller is sole proprietor (FOP) Oksana Petrivna Holubets, Ukrainian taxpayer number (RNOKPP) 3174609307 (“we”). Contact for data questions: hello@careerinbound.com.
We process data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
2. What data we collect
- Waitlist application: name, email, preferred contact channel and handle, role and level, career stage, main stack, whether you write code now, your answers about where you are now and where you want to be, why now, preferred format, LinkedIn link (optional).
- Payment: name, email, amount and date of payment. Card details are processed by the payment provider; we neither receive nor store them.
- Learning: Telegram name, repository link and submitted project stages, survey answers, recordings of live sessions if the participant takes part in them.
- Website: technical visit data (cookies, IP address, browser, pages) processed by the website platform (SendPulse) and Google Analytics.
3. Why
- To reply to your application, hold a call and send you an offer.
- To conclude and perform the contract: access to materials and the group, reviews, certificate.
- To send service messages: schedule, reminders, changes.
- To send news and announcements of future cohorts, only with your separate consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the program: lesson ratings, surveys.
- To comply with legal requirements (accounting, taxes).
4. Legal basis
- Consent of the data subject.
- Conclusion and performance of the contract (public offer).
- Compliance with obligations set by law.
5. Who receives the data
Only the services we use to deliver the program, and only to the extent needed:
- SendPulse: website, forms, CRM, email, chatbot;
- Google Analytics: website visit statistics;
- Telegram: application notifications, the bot and the cohort group;
- payment provider: accepting payments;
- video call service: live sessions.
Some of these services may store data outside Ukraine. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
6. How long we keep data
- Applications not followed by payment: up to 2 years or until consent is withdrawn.
- Participant data: for the term of the contract and 3 years after it ends (the general limitation period).
- Accounting documents: as long as the law requires.
7. Your rights
Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the right to:
- know what data about you is processed and for what purpose;
- access it;
- request its correction or deletion;
- withdraw your consent;
- object to processing;
- complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court.
To use these rights, write to hello@careerinbound.com. We reply within 30 days.
8. Security
Only the program mentors have access to the data, and only to the extent their work requires.
9. Cookies
The website uses cookies needed for pages and forms to work, and Google Analytics cookies to count visits. You can turn them off in your browser settings.
